The Cryogenic Institute of New England, Inc. offers cryogenic deflashing and deburring machines for manufacturers of high-volume parts and manufacturers who require that this process be completed in their facility. We offer several different models to best fit your operation and capacity requirements. These particular machines are the type that we run in-house; which allows us to provide our customers the knowledge and the skills to get the most out of their cryogenic deflashing and deburring machines. These machines are made-to-order. From time to time, we do broker used cryogenic deflashing and deburring systems.
These cryogenic deflashing and deburring machines work well at removing flash and burrs from parts made of plastics, polymers, nylons, delrin, rubbers, silicones, polyurethane, polypropylene, polycarbonate, neoprene, liquid crystal polymer, urethane, nitrile, butyl, Teflon, Tefzel, Viton, Torlon, PET, HDPE, PPS, CTFE, DAP, ABS, PEEK, aluminum zinc die-cast, PH stainless steels, and Beryllium Copper. Before your independent review for cryogenic deburring and deflashing equipment, we will run a sample of your parts to ensure that our machines are capable of cleaning your parts. From there we can provide you with the cryogenic deflashing equipment and help you with setup and training.
