Area for Concern : Machined ring break
Results :  The cryogenic deburring process removed the light burring created at the ring’s separation during machining. In a cryogenic chamber, the parts were tumbled on each other and blasted with cryogenic-grade polycarbonate media. These parts were run in batches yielding a competitive deburring piece price versus manual cleaning.
