As you can see we have successfully treated these parts. These gaskets were given to us with the OD and ID flash very apparent but because of this they were very susceptible to the deflashing treatment. In our deflashing system the parts are tumbled and cooled until the flash was very brittle and easily broken off by the media. The media is shot at the parts using our machine. As you can see we have successfully treated these parts.
