Nitrofreeze® Proof of Concept Case Study- Deburring Extruded Silicone

Area for Concern : The main area of concern was the O.D. burrs kicked up from the cutting operation.  At magnification the burrs looked like they were melted back on the part.

Results : Our results were very promising and consistent with previous trial samples with silicone.  Almost all of the O.D. burrs have been removed under 10x magnification. Surface finish remained unchanged.
